Aventon Companies Launches Construction of Luxury Apartment Community in Ashburn

In a significant development for Loudoun County’s housing market, Aventon Companies has initiated construction on Aventon Moorefield, a luxury apartment community poised to redefine living standards in Ashburn, Virginia. This new project, featuring 425 units across a six-story mid-rise building, aligns with Ashburn’s growing appeal as a hub for professionals and families alike, given its close proximity to critical transport links like the Ashburn Metro Station and Dulles International Airport.

Aventon Moorefield is designed to cater to the sophisticated tastes of its future residents, offering a range of floor plans from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments. The community promises an array of high-end amenities including a welcoming lobby with 20-foot ceilings, comprehensive on-site remote workspaces, a modern clubroom and lounge, around-the-clock fitness center, and a pet spa, acknowledging the increasing trend of pet ownership among apartment dwellers.

Outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with a resort-style pool and a beautifully landscaped garden courtyard set to offer serene escapes within the property grounds. Additionally, the inclusion of 16 EV charging stations reflects a forward-thinking approach to accommodate the growing demand for electric vehicles among residents.

Mark Coletta, Senior Managing Director for Aventon Companies, highlighted Loudoun County’s rapid growth and its dynamic recovery in the post-COVID era, driven by the expansion of major tech firms. “We are thrilled to be able to provide much-needed housing for its exploding population,” Coletta stated. Situated within the prestigious Moorefield master-planned community and surrounded by top-tier public schools and Fortune 500 companies, Aventon Moorefield represents a strategic addition to Aventon’s regional portfolio, which marks its fourth project in the area.

The architectural vision for Aventon Moorefield was crafted by Dwell Design Studios, with interior aesthetics curated by Carlyn & Company. The community is scheduled to welcome new residents starting in early 2026, further expanding Aventon Companies’ significant $2 billion portfolio, which includes over 9,000 Aventon-branded apartment homes across Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, and the Mid-Atlantic since 2019.
