Leesburg, VA – On Monday, April 8, Leesburg residents and officials gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of the Old Dominion National Bank (ODNB) branch at 106 Harrison Street, SE, Suite 100. This marks the bank’s first expansion into Leesburg, as it continues to grow its presence across Northern Virginia and the broader Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, as well as Central Pennsylvania and Charlottesville, Virginia.
Chairman and CEO Mark Merrill highlighted the significance of this new branch: “This is very exciting. The Old Dominion National Bank launched in Tysons Corner back in 2016 and what we understand and believe, we’re the fastest growing bank not just in the Washington Metropolitan area but in the United States after the great recession,” said Merrill. “There’s no bank that has grown organically as fast as our bank here and we don’t take branches lightly. This is only our second branch in about seven years so we’re very excited to be here.”
The expansion into Leesburg reflects ODNB’s commitment to serving a growing customer base and adapting to the needs of communities within Loudoun County, where banking services are crucial for both residents and local businesses.
