Significance Inc. announces today that Leland Owens has been promoted to Vice President of Delivery. Significance Inc. is designated an Economically-Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business with offices in Alexandria, VA, and Annapolis, MD. This role will serve as the primary executive contact with clients and partners of the company to ensure quality delivery and successful engagements. Mr. Owens will be responsible for the development, management, financial, and administration of Significance’s U.S. Government contract contracts.
